I ordered the upcoming Friday, came the day after. The black pearl in good quality and the chain looks gorgeous. At first I thought I had a silver chain, because they '14K looked at the ring of the chain. So I wrote an email to contact customer service, my e-mail immediately answered with the words "14K Gold: In the United States, 14-carat gold most often used for jewelry. Fourteen-karat gold 14/24ths, or slightly more than half of pure gold. Fineness of jewelry with "14k" or "585", the name means 58th gold 5 per cent. .
