U. S. govt is manipulating like mad. The FED Reserve might get audited if HR 1207 gets through. Ron Paul has about 300 co-sponsers but Fed. has hired a high price lobbyist to try quelch it. I already wrote to both my senators and congressman to get that through. We have a right to know what they did to our country.

My expectation was that it has to break through the 10. 000 barrier, before the currency crisis takes its toll on the stock market. But you are right, I should have mentioned that! (But somehow I still need to have little more to tell to my clients, no?)

In this case massive money generation would have to take place.
Usually what happens as a first step in currency crisis is that money generation (credit expansion) is lacking behind money outflows. That usually holds true for Equity markets go down during this period of time.

The war is on. The US started to print money and want the USD to slide. The rest cant back it up, and have to join the race and print money aswell in the “low currency war”. The result is massive inflation. The chinese have realized what is happening and therefor they start talking about a new recerve currency. Will not happen for a long time. China loose. The inflation will reduce China`s reserve and western countries will have less debt. Grand Chess Game and a new beginning.
